Art Serve Testifies before Senate Subcommittee in Support of MCACA This morning, Jennifer Goulet and Mike Latvis testified before the Senate Appropriations Economic Development Subcommittee in support of the grant budget of the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs.
